No. Joining is free and there is nothing to buy. You earn only when a business you referred pays for PaylyHR.
You must be 18 or older, have a genuine network of businesses you can reach, and have a Nigerian bank account in your own name for payouts. You also agree to promote honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on the PaylyHR name in search ads, and no self-referrals or fake sign-ups.
Any business that could use PaylyHR — especially companies with staff on sites, in shops, schools, clinics or across branches. You cannot refer yourself, your own company, or a business that already has a PaylyHR account or has already requested access.
Two ways. Share your personal link: the first time a business clicks it, we remember you for 30 days, and if they request access in that time they are yours — even if they later click someone else's link. Or refer a business directly from your dashboard: we email them a secure onboarding link and the referral is locked to you immediately.
When the business pays a subscription invoice. You earn 10% on each of the business's first 3 paid invoices. Clicks, sign-ups and free trials do not earn on their own.
Each commission waits 30 days after the payment in case it is refunded or charged back. After that it becomes available to withdraw. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed and we email you.
Once your available balance reaches ₦50,000.00, request a withdrawal from your dashboard. The partner team reviews it within 3 business days and sends the money by bank transfer through Paystack, in Naira, to the verified bank account in your name. You get an email at every step.
Your commissions are your income, so any tax on them is yours to declare where you are required to. On our side, payouts go only to a Nigerian bank account verified in your own name — one account per partner — and we may ask for verification details before a withdrawal is approved.
